Valleyview runs along the slope above the Nechako River in the Hart, and many lots pick up a view of the valley and the mountains beyond. The neighbourhood is older, with most homes going in during the 1960s and 70s, and the streets are quieter than the nearby Hart Highway arteries. It's a short drive down to the city centre and a shorter one up to Hart shopping.
