• Communications: the content of emails, messages, or calls you initiate with us.

We do not collect government-issued identification, financial account numbers, or payment card information through this website.

4. Why we collect it

Personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry or service request.
• To prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA) or home valuation you have requested.
• To send you property listings or market alerts you have opted into.
• To fulfill our obligations as a REALTOR® and comply with RECBC requirements.
• To improve this website and understand how visitors use it (analytics only, no personal identifiers are shared with analytics providers).
• To meet applicable legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Real estate transaction parties: if you engage us to represent you in a transaction, we may share relevant information with cooperating agents, lawyers, lenders, and the real estate board (BCNREB) as required to complete the transaction.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

• Google Analytics 4: collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, session duration, general location). No personal identifiers are sent to Google. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Lead inquiry data is retained in our CRM for up to 7 years to comply with RECBC record keeping requirements for real estate professionals. If you were not represented by Jason Luke in a transaction, you may request deletion of your record at any time (subject to any legal hold obligations).

Under PIPEDA and BC PIPA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request access to your personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Withdraw consent and request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
