Nechako View is a newer planned subdivision in the northwest part of Prince George, set above the Nechako River and distinct from the older, more rural Nechako Bench. Lots are larger than you'll find in most PG subdivisions — some pie-shaped at the cul-de-sac ends, most with wide frontages — and homes here are mostly newer custom builds working under a coordinated architectural standard. You get the river-view benefit without the drive out to the bench properties, and Edgewood Elementary sits inside the subdivision on Craig Drive. For buyers who want a brand-new home on a proper-sized lot without leaving the city limits, this is one of the only places in PG still offering it.
