About Salmon Valley
Salmon Valley runs north of Prince George along the Salmon River, and most of what's out here is acreage — hobby farms, hay fields, the occasional horse property. The valley itself is genuinely pretty, with the river on one side and rolling hills on the other. Prince George is 30–40 minutes south depending on where you are. Buyers tend to be people who have decided they want land and are done compromising on that.
