The housing is mainly established single-family homes on good-sized lots, with the tree cover and quiet side streets typical of an older Hart neighbourhood. Downtown is ten to fifteen minutes down the highway, and Hart-strip shopping is closer than that. The fit is families looking for suburban space without the drive times of the outer rural areas.
