Vista Ridge is a south Prince George neighbourhood perched on a ridge near the College Heights boundary. The elevated setting gives many properties real views over the surrounding landscape, and the mature tree cover adds privacy. Housing is mostly single-family homes on established streets, with the settled character that comes from decades of build-out. Downtown and Highway 97 are both short drives via the main routes, and College Heights shopping is close. The draw is elevation and quiet within the city rather than a rural address.
