This one takes me back to my Tri-Cities days. In March 2013, I was recognized in the Tri-City News for qualifying for the MLS Medallion Club while working in the Tri-Cities area — Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Different market, faster pace, and a lot of lessons learned early.
That experience shaped how I work today. The area taught me tight timelines, strong negotiations, and how important it is to stay calm when things move quickly. I brought all of that with me to Prince George — just with fewer bridges and a much shorter commute 😄
Markets change, cities change, but experience sticks. Every chapter adds to how I serve my clients today, and I’m grateful for all of it.
